Grain cleaner ERA-10
Aerodynamic cleaner ERA-10 – is a modern grain cleaning machineof native production intended for cleaning and sizing any dry substance and seeds of cereals, oilseed crops, beans and herbs. This machine will become an important part of any agrarian farming engaged in grain cleaning process. Due to it you can increase productivity by mechanization and get better quality of products by highly effective cleaning. And naturally all this will result in profitability of production.
The basic principle of grain loader ERA-10 work is a principle of an aerodynamic separation, that is dividing of a grain mass by airstream from a fan, comprised in this machine, a rectifier and a stream former. During the process of treatment with separator, the initial material is divided into three parts: large (heavy) inclusions, high- qualitative cleaned grain, small seeds and foreign inclusions. Under the influence of airstream all this mass gets into different tanks and thus we can separate qualitative grain from additives containing within it.
Compared with sieving grain loading machines, aerodynamic separators, like ERA -10 differs in some parameters. They separate treated material not only by size, but also by weight, increasing due to that separation effectiveness.
